What kind of cd player should i get for my car?

How much does a cd player installation and new speaker cost?

• First question: if my cd player skips every cd and i bang on the dash and it stops skipping, is that the cd player shot or is there a bad wire? Second Question: if i need a new cd player in my car, the last one i got the installation was around $60(US). I would like a cd player that you can plug in your mp3. Third Question: and my front left speaker is blown out/ won't work. I have had my car for alittle over 7 years and this is the first time replacing a speaker. I am trying to get more information on what kind of speaker to buy? How much is too much/too cheap?

  Okay, for your first question I would say it's probably just a loose wire, but things do get old... Second question, if you are getting a new radio with the cd player then you will need to buy a specific harness to fit your car, it will run you 100$ usually. Third question, go to google and look up what speaker your car takes, unless you have an upgraded system like Bose it will run you quite a bit, if it is stock it will be pretty cheap. I can't really tell you how much to spend on your speakers because Ive spent over a gran on my car system. A wallmart speaker will probably be the same if you have a cheaper car, and installation is really easy if you want to save some money.
