What kind of amplifier do i need?
-
i got a 350z for my 16th bday and now i want to put some subs in it. i found 2 kicker c-10-4 10" subs and i found a box that could hold them. i just have no idea what kind of amp i need. it needs to stay under $200 probably. and is there anything else i need besides an amp, subs, and a sub box? do i need tweeters?

Answer:
I would say get a 200-300 watt 4 channel amp to power both of your subs. You don't want to go full peak of the subs because that's not the way you distinguish max wattage for the amplifier you get. If you want to add tweeters, then just make sure they are close to the subs so the audio doesn't sound odd. Also, for your sub enclosure, make sure you have the right amount of square footage inside for the requirements of the Kicker C104 subs or your tuning will be off. Good luck!
