I got a new deck and the speakers wont work now, but when i hook up my stock radio they work. anyone know why?

i got a xtrons d710 deck hooked it up and it works besides for there is no sound the speakers wont work, but when i hook up my stock radio again the speakers do work. any suggestions or comments wound we appreciated. thank
