Help wiring 1 sub to a 2 channel amp.

  • I need to know the best way to wire these subs. I have 2 of them. I was told to wire them at 2 ohms, I see 2 ways to wire them at 2 ohms. My box on the back only has 1 terminal. Or would they be about the same? Please help me out i'm so confused. Also can someone please explain to me what the difference is with series and parallel I really dont understand. Thanks.

    Use the first option it'll give your monoblock amp a 2ohm load. I don't where you got that 2nd option from but that wont work because it'll be giving that amp a 4ohm load on each channel.
