Hid lights car?

Help with HID car lights.?

• I'm going to purchase some HID lights from http://www.vvme.com/hid-conversion-kits-c-44.html My question is I have a 2004 honda accord ex 2 door coupe and I was wondering which kit I would need to purchase that would fit my car. My car is a dark blue so I either want to get 8000K 10000K 12000K 15000K or just straight up blue. Give me your opinion on which ones you think i should get and which kit i need to buy.   My opinion is none for the following reason: Under US FMVSS 108 HID bulbs are illegal on any public road anyplace in the US unless the car was manufactured with HID headlights. They're also illegal in parts of Europe. It's because the reflectors and headlight assemblies on cars that were not designed for HIDs tend to scatter light and blind oncoming drivers. Blue tinted headlights are also illegal. If you don't want to attract the attention of the police don't use anything higher than 6,000K.The law is rarely enforced but you can be fined and be forced to remove them.
