How can I fix my car radio?

I recently replaced my battery on my Buick Century 98 and when it was replaced the display on my radio only says "LOC." The only two buttons I can press are the hour and minute which changes the "LOC" to numbers up to 1500. What do I do to get my music back?! The owner's manual says nothing about it. Thanks.

Answer:
you have a theft lock stereo. You have to enter the code. Since you have an old car, you will need to go to a dealer, and they will charge you to get the code. Best bet is to get a new stereo....
