Are these speakers good? or at least for the money?

What size amp and best speakers for the money?

  • Got extended cab silverado gonna replace door speakers and put one 10 inch sub under back seat .what is best 10 inch sub for the money and also whats best door speakers and what best amp and what size amp .I understand i can go bigger and more on the subs but i dont want all that .Got jvc deck

JL Audio is the way to go, you will not be dissapointed.... ...just pick up any custom car mag, and most of the cars will have JL Audio equip. installed.....and these guys know their stuff....

500RMS should be loud if you can find subs with a sensitivity level of 91dB or higher. This will be just as loud as a 1000RMS sub that has a sensitivity of 88dB. I'm talking about the sensitivity of the subwoofer, not the SPL. For every 3dB of sensitivity you go up, the volume gets twice as loud, so please remember to look for subs with a sensitivity over 90dB.

for speakers look into polk and infinity. amps id look at alpine cus there amps are great an put out plenty of very clean musical power. subs id look into alpine, kicker and MTX. MTX subs put out some pretty good bass with any size sub ive noticed.
