How many watts amp do i need for my 10in and 12in pioneer subwoofer?
-
the 12in is a 1300W maximum power handling (300W nominal) and the 10in is a 1100W maximum power handling (250W nominal) what size amp would be good for these 2 subwoofers kinda new to all this so if you could explain a little thnx

Answer:
If by "nominal" u mean the RMS then that's what counts, don't pay attention to the max power because that's how many people blow their speakers. It seems like a 1000 watt amp will do for u. Just keep it about 3/4 of the power or maybe a little more and u should be fine. If you're able to get 2 speakers of the same kind, do so. It distributes a more even bass
