Is it possible to wire single and dual voice coil subs together?

  • I have two Lanzer 1600w 4 ohm impendance Dual Voice Coils and a 1050w Mono two channel Amp now i know the Amp is considerbly lower power then the subs..but i know thats fine so i lower the chance to blow the subs what is the best way to wire this for the most performance and sound

    1 ohm is the best most efficient way to wire dual 4 ohm voice coil subwoofers... do this... http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/rftech/woofer_wizard.asp?submitted=true&woofer_qty=2&woofer_imp=4 make sure your amp is 1 ohm stable... if not yo can do it but will shorten your amps life... then you will have to wire to the 4 ohm option.
