What's the best car stereo & speakers to get?

I'm my car seriously sounds like crap! i'm going to Best Buy tomorrow to get some, but I'm looking at their website and honestly have almost no idea about any of this stuff and I don't want to be persuaded into something there that isn't quality but costs a lot. My cousin told me about Pioneer or Kenwood? But then my friend said something about Kicker? I'M SO CONFUSED! I just want something that is going to sound GREAT in my car. I usually listen to my iPod so my mom bought me this FM transmitter to use and it sounds sooo bad. Can someone help who knows a lot about this stuff???? If it helps, I listen to basically just hip hop and dubstep. So yeah speakers and a stereo that'll make that sound good. THANKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

Step 1. Do not go to best buy. For anything. Ever. Step 2: Depends on what you want to spend. Alpine is quality. Sony is not. Pioneer is good, Kenwood is good too. They make iPod ready radios. Crutchfield.com is a good place to research. You can pick an iPod radio, see the prices. Now, do you want to buy from there? Maybe. They have deals like everyone else and their service and tech support is way above bar. Sounds like this may be worth it for you to pay a few more and get support, than buy off ebay or another cheaper site and be on your own.

Pioneer, Kenwood, and Alpine radios are the best to mess with. They have good quality and last! And when it comes to speakers I recommend Alpine, mtx, Rockford, and MB quart. Or! If you have the money infinity Kappa is great qaulity and sounds amazing! But it you don't have alot to spend MB quart is fairly priced, and sound nice!
