What is a good amp for these subs?

  • it is confusing when shopping for an amp... some amps show rms and some dont.... right now i have a 500 watt crunch amp bridged to one channel bumping a 10 inch fosgate punch hx2 sub in a bandpass... i am looking to upgrade to: http://www.amazon.com/MTX-Audio-Terminator-TNE212D-Enclosure/dp/B001JECAM2/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1292534131&sr=1-3 i need a good amp for this setup.. also an amp that my car will handle (2004 civic) give me a link to the amp thanks

Its not the amp, its the speaker. A 10" speaker in a civic sends bass waves outside your car. 2 or three 8" speakers will make you go dizzy with sound waves.
