What kind of amplifier should I use to power 2 MTX TR4512 subwoofers? Can I use an MTX TN250/1?
-
or is there a better MTX amp that I can use?
-
Answer:
that sub can handle 250 rms at 4 ohms.. that amp will only push 100 x 1 channel at 4 ohms...of course u could wire them to 2 ohms but u would still only be pushing 100 to each on 2 ohms... u need a amp to push 500 @ 2 ohms x 1 channel or a 2 channel amp pushing 250 rms @ 4 ohms x 1 channel
