Do they sell 0 gauge big three upgrade kits?

Boss KIT-2 Complete 8 Gauge Amplifier Installation Kit is a great item for the price. it ships fast and works great. it comes with everything you need. EVERYTHING you need. i bought this kit to do a system in my pickup and had no issues with it at all. i also installed an amp and sub in a friends 1992 Z28 camaro and there was plenty of length to all of the wires. if your running anything under 1200 watts this is the way to go. im running a competition 1500 watt amp with these wires and have no issues at all. once again, a great item.

Generally I agree w/jeff since at the short lengths of the charging system wires the electrical differences btw 4 awg and 1/0 awg wouldn't justify the cost unless you're running a huge (or multiple) alternator(s) and several thousand watts of power. To answer the question though -- 1/0 awg is available by the foot from about every car audio retail website, on ebay, and on a lot of other industrial power type websites such as welding supply stores.
