You can't file a return with your pay stub until late February, and even then only with permission from the IRS. A few places did holiday loans if you had enough income but these were not based upon your anticipated refund, but your creditworthiness. Most of those holiday loan promotions are over now. You can e-file on Jan 14th and have your refund sent to your bank account directly on or about Jan 28th. Any loan product might speed that up by a week or so at best. The fees and charges will eat heavily into your refund.

H and r Block does them and Jackson Hewitt used too. Many local car lots by me will do them but of course you whole refund would go to a car down payment! Better to hold off and efile your self on January 14th. You can use many online companies and the Irs has a list of them on irs dot gov They are free to people who earn less than 50 thousand a year. You can have it put right in a bank or check mailed to you and only takes 8 to 14 days with NO outrageous fees! Beware if you do not have your actual w2 and use last paystub and you put a number in the wrong box or wrong amount they will not except it and you will get an email that it was not accepted. Some employers pay stubs do not break down how they pay your taxes so it can be confusing!
