Do I need to file form 990 EZ while I am waiting for my 501(c)3 status?
-
We are trying to register a small non profit organization; None of our officers takes any compensation. It has been more than 1 years since we first started working. Currently, we are in the process of getting 501-c-3 status. Given this information, do we need to file Form 990 EZ? If yes, then what should I fill in field 6, field 52 and similar fields which talk about the tax exempt status?

Answer:
Sweets, why don't you just ask the lawyer that set your 501(c)3 in motion? There is NOTHING EZ about a 501(c)3. OOPS??? you don't have a lawyer??? Hmmmm... Yep, fill in the blanks as you see fit. Good Luck GC
