Saver return tickets?

I have 3 tickets thats went to collections, will this be deducted from my tax return? I live in California?

Im stupid, irresponsable, lazy, when it comes to tickets for some reason i feel like just ignoring it. Needless to say it obviously doesn't do anything but make matters worse. Im guessing im about 2 - 3 thousand in the hole in traffic tickets and they all went to collection. will this be deducted from my tax return? Also i want to open up a business, but im afraid the city wont give me a business licence without paying my tickets first. Can i get some info please?
Answer:

They probably won't take your taxes, but they are going to put a warrant out for your arrest. No one will give you a loan for your business because your debt will show up on your credit report and the city isn't going to license you, because you have a debt. Just pay the tickets.
