Where to cash a check in GA?

How can I cash this GA state income tax check for my step-brother?

• He is in jail at the moment. I always file his taxes for him. His return is for $1,300. He doesn't have a checking account but he is a secondary cardholder on my prepaid account. Will they allow me to cash the check into the account since I can't go to a bank or check cashing spot myself? I just want to go to a check cashing place that reloads the prepaid card and give them the check to load the funds onto the card. Can I do this? What other options do I have? Please help!   Your only option is your step brother endorses the back of the check, then you take it to your bank and deposit it in your checking or savings account. No check cashing place will cash a check for a second party.
