In Oregon, does the person who receives the child support have to report a change in my income?
-
As of summer one of my children will not be attending daycare anymore, that drops my childcare bill. Do i need to report that to the child support agency, or is that up to my ex?
-
Answer:
You report any changes in YOUR income, they report changes in theirs. If you won't be paying daycare anymore, I would assume your ex will likely let it be known as well.

Other answers
the child support is based somewhat on the income of the one paying the support, and the agency that has awarded the child support considers the maintenance of a household to support the child
If it's anyone's responsibility, logic dictates that it's the custodial parent's job.
