How do I file my state tax return online for free but Virginia has been taking state taxes out and I reside in?

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY W2 YET BUT MY JOB'S MAIN OFFICE IS IN VIRGINIA AND THE COMPANY HAS BEEN TAKING TAXES OUT OF MY CHECK FOR VIRGINIA AND NOT GEORGIA WHICH IS THE STATE I LIVE IN. I HAVE HEARD FROM OTHER COWORKERS THAT THEY HAVE HAD TO PAY BACK THE STATE THEY STAY IN AND VIRGINIA HAD TO PAY THEM BACK. I DO TRAVEL THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE YEAR WITH MY COMPANY BUT THE MAIN OFFICE ALWAYS MAILS ALL OF US OUR CHECKS FROM VIRGINIA. SO THE ONLY STATE TAX, I WILL HAVE ON MY W2 IS FROM VIRGINIA BUT MY HOME IS IN GEORGIA. I WOULD LIKE TO DO MY OWN TAXES ONLINE SINCE IT IS WAY CHEAPER BUT PLEASE IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME OUT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I AM VERY CONFUSED. Free is probably not an option for you. No one is going to email you except spammers. Your work records should show your GA address. If they don't, that's your fault for not contacting payroll all year. You live in GA, so you file in GA. You may also have to file for other states if your income in those states (pro-rata) is more than the filing requirement for those states. GA will give you credit for taxes paid to the other states, but will NOT collect the money from them. VA will give you a refund if you file and successfully show that you did not owe any taxes to them.
