Can things still be delivered to an address where the mail has been stopped?

I want to have flowers delivered to where my girlfriend is living on valentines day. The mail has been stopped though so I wasn't sure if it would still be delivered or it would be held at the post office with the rest of the address' mail. Does anyone know whether it would be delivered or not?

Yes it will.... flowers dont go through the mail they go through the company.
