First of all, you are a taco short of a combination plate. You don't mention where your cat is. Just about every airline allows this, there are rules to follow. I'm sure not every airline flies from your cat's own airport, wherever that is. Check the airline's website, the info is there. This is also a TRAVEL question, not an aircraft question.
