I got these 2 files on my cookies wat r they and why cant i not delete one of them?

system@kosanoerro[2] <---- thats one i cant delete system@pancolp[2] and wat r they specifcally cuz everytime i delete my cookies form interner explorer theses 2 stay and when i try delete them both at the same time (by goin myself directly to cookies) a box appears sayin the first cant be deleted and then i close the box and they r both still there.

Run CCleaner. It removes all cookies.
