Lock Personal Folder in 'D' Drive?

  • I want lock my personal folder in My PC to other people in D drive. Can anyone provide me best folder lock software link for My Windows XP service pack 2????????

    Well if that folder is "My Document" folder that just change his location to D: And after that create new guest user in Control panel. Make your account private and insert password, so when some one turn on your pc with guest user, he/she will be blocked to see your stuff. hey.........there are many softwares for locking your personal folder but they are of no use because any one can unistall that software and can see your personal documents again. I will prefer you to hide the file by the following method: 1. "Right-click" on the folder or file (which you want to make invisible) and open its "Properties". 2. In the General Tab,click on the "Hidden"option (infront of the Attributes options). 3. At last but not the least,click on the "Apply" option and then on the "Ok" option. 4. Refresh the folder,and now your file is Invisible.
