How do I get rid of an MSN virus?

  • Well my cousin just IMd me to say i had a virus cos i sent hima message saying 'hey look at these party pics' or something and it is a virus.. just before he said that my messanger kept saying 'messanger signed you out because you are signed in on another computer' so i signed back in. How do i get rid of it? I have no anti-virus software. oh woeee! My dad is going to kill me! =[
