What to do after falling for facebook survey scam?

• I accidentally mistyped youtube's address and was taken to a page that posed as youtube rewarding users who submitted a survey. I was naive and filled out the first portion with the email address, name, and cell phone number after doing the quick survey (which asked for age and gender and how many videos you watch weekly). I then realized that it seemed pretty fishy. The cellphone got a text that offered some sort of pin that I was supposed to put in the website. What do I do? I'm afraid the cell phone will get spam texts and will be billed for random charges. I don't know if by giving out those information I'm at risk for other threats as well. Please advise!

  I'm sure if you don't respond, then they will no longer send messages. If you still get them, then you can talk to you carrier (verizon, sprint, t-mobile) and block the number. Good luck!
