How to backup whole folders ENTIRE folders with 4444 files in the folders approximate 400MB in VCDblankdiscs?

Backup Files and folders are missing?

• I restored my computer two days ago because it waz some problems going on ...and after i restored it i can find none of my backup folders and it had things i needed in there..... PLeazeeee Help ......

  I think you have a damaged file system. Over the last couple of years my partner and I have come to realize just how common that is, and that a lot of situations we used to resolve with re-imaging can be fixed by running chkdsk /r. Open a command window (start>run>cmd) and type in "chkdsk /r" with the space before the slash and without the quotes. The computer will respond that the volume is locked but offer to run it on the next reboot. Answer "Y" and reboot your computer. It will take most of an hour to complete but I think it has a good chance of finding your lost files. Sometimes it can't figure out where they belong, so it will create a folder off the root to hold them.
