How do i enable cookies?

I tried to open the web page of real age.com to update my test. But each time I try to do so, it saya my cookies are disabled and asks to enable the cookies. I did not understand what to do. Can some one plz help me, how to do it? thanks.

Which browser are you using? If you are using internet explorer click on tools, click on privacy tab and then you change settings to the desired level and click apply. For Firefox click on tools then on options and then on privacy tab then enable the option for accepting cookies, click apply.
