Where do I find my pop up blocker button?

There is a pop up blocker on my computer and I can't find it?

  • There is a pop up blocker on my computer (I believe more than one) because I turned off the pop up blocker in my browser but it still won't let pages pop up. Is there a way to turn them all off, or to find out which one it is, or to find out how many I have on here.
