If you feel it is serious report it to police now( don't use 000/911) the police have a division for cyber crime so waste no time
This is what happens when you go online without taking the steps to protect your computer and your information. You need to at minimum turn on Windows Firewall. Find someone who can teach you about computer security and have them set you up.
Hello! That guy is hacking your system. He might have installed some spy software on your system. If this is the case, he can access your online accounts easily. So you ought to take some necessary steps. Firstly, you should go to police station and ask them the address of the cyber cell. Launch an FIR. Secondly, if you don't want to go to the cyber cell. Format the drive in which you have saved your operating system ( generally it is c drive ) and re-install it. If you can't do it, go to the dealer who you have bought your computer from. They will do it for you but will charge some fee. Thirdly, look for a program that can locate hidden or spy programs. I am not sure if it will help you. Note- 1) Don't click on any link given by him or any stranger. 2) Use firewall like COMODO ( I use it because its free and works incredibly). It will inform you whenever any program tries to connect to the net. You can grant or deny permission. Moreover you can set permissions for trusted programs. I hope it would help.
