How to find a username?

I need to find out my password and username for my linksy's router port base. How do i do this?

  • im trying to add a port on my linksys wireless router, but when i get to the port site on my internet browser i have to put in a username and password. how do i find out what my username and password is?

    For most Linksys routers, if you didn't set a password the default password is 'admin' (without the quotes) It doesn't matter what you put for the username, but I usually use 'admin' also.

or u can use the reset button and start fresh if you changed the password and can't remember but that stinks i know
