My Computer is hacked how do i fix it?

  • Well do i was on facebook and all the sudden it shut out. when i tried to log back in it said i didnt exsit so i went to my email but it wouldnt let me login in there as well so i did the thing where it saays my accont has been comprismised but it said it couldnt help me. the person is talking to my friends on facebook, sending mail out from my email, and is using my skpe accont they changed all my information is there anyway i can fix it?

The administrator/owner account on your computer has been hacked. You need to remove them or this will continue or get worse. Do you have anti-virus software? If yes, open up the software and run a scan. Go to Google.com, type "support.ms.com/virus". click on"Malicious Software Removal Tool", you can read the info. -or- click on "skip the details and download the tool". Read everything and follow instructions carefully. The tool will remove this person. Any trouble with doing this: Go to Site above and read everything, it's a lot but you're ina position where you need to do it. It sucks. EDIT: Reformatting is a last resort. But, it's easy. EDIT AGAIN: After the problem is gone, change account names & passwords on you computer, social sites,etc. Make sure all accounts on your comp. have names- NOT just admin. or owner.

what is your email provider? contact them.. reboot to safe mode with networking ( on boot press F8 rapidly and select smwn from the list) log in as admin and change your email password contact whoever provides it and have them track the ip address. get the address of the person and go to thier house and molotov through the living room window. success!! but really....you cant get them, make a new email address and run malwarebytes

Nope there is nothing you can do. I know virus like this and its unbeatable. Just completely reformat and you'll be good.
