How to authorize computer for itunes?

Does Any One Know How to Authorize Another Computer to Your iTunes?

im tring to get the purchases thati made ON my ipod touch onto a different computer and they wont download and it says i have to authorize it. so my question to you awesomley smart tech savvy people is if you guys can clearly explain to me how to do it. I LOVE YOU! lol THANK YOU :D

If the question made more sence. Id do what i could. If the music is on your pod. Plug it in to your usb slot, access your folders from My computer. .... Plug the usb chord in the phone then to your computer. Wait .... wait ... click on my computer and find your pod. Should say something like "Removable disk (Letter)" Access the music folder. Then copy and paste to your desktop.
