We found strange script on site, what is it?

Our website will not open when we visit site a message pops and say"s site is infected with "Trojan-Downloader.Script". What is this, it say"s it has been on site since november of 2009, we had some work done on site, could this script be have been put site to track our leads from site? What is this script? What's weird is when we visit our other sites that are not collecting sales leads, they open fine. We are concerned these site might have software on them that will allow our leads to be taken without our known? What are your thoughts?

Answer:
I would assume that Trojan Downloader Script is just what the name says. It would probably be a good idea to shut down the site and rebuild it.
