After deleting internet history on my computer can i get it back again or is it gone?

i had alot of history and i decided to delete it. then i realised there was a whole bunch of websites and accounts i forgot. is there any way to get history back. do i have to see a IT guy?

if you dumped your cookies, history or flash cookies in IE or FF then no you can not get them back.
