How to remove the Antivir virus?

• Alrighty guys I got a problem I want to see if you can help me with. So i bought a brand new webcam and i go to try it out on cameroid.com and the thing loads and when i expect a visual feed, a windows installer "window/button" pops up. Now I know this from past trials is a virus as when I let it fully load, it will use Java and try to drop Malware all over my computer. Now I believe the virus is stuck in one of my old programs I dont use "Pinnacle Studio 12". Now I cant delete it from the Add/Remove Programs section as it complains "patch isnt right, yada yada yada"when i try to update it or reinstall it, the windows installer pops back up and i need to task manager end it. Now I've deleted it from the program files in the my computer section of my computer but it still wont leave. And both Anti-Malware MalwareBytes and Avira Antivir say that my computer is clean. Trust me theres no downloaded porn or **** on this comp, I just want a real solution for this problem other than spending 100 bucks and bringing it to geek squad or some place that will try to do the same thing. P.S- I have deleted and reinstalled both Adobe Player/Flash/etc and Java so its not there. And I cannot System Restore as this has been like this for awhile and I have tried almost every restore point and it will not allow me.

  if your AV said that your PC is clean then you are clean. the only reason, i guess, why your cam doesn't work, probably, some components are well not installed. if you think Pinnacle Studio 12 has to do with this and you cannot delete it manually, use a third party program to delete it such as ZSoft Uninstaller or RevoUninstaller. it wipes automatically stuffs unwanted in your PC.
