How To Get Music To Library?

How do I get a Bug out of my computers music library?

• I have thousands of songs in my library and have a pet peeve with incorrectly labeled or missing parts and cover art for my music. I have something in my system that is going through and rearranging the cover art and is also changing the artist album etc info too, I have a norton account and a malware program on my computer and neither is picking up whatever is doing this, its also starting to make my internet lag-IE; I have to wait for the page to catch up to me or it freezes for several seconds at a time. I'm not sure these are related because the freezes have just started in the last few days after I turned my computer off one night and came back to find it stuck in the shutdown mode the next morning.( I got the malware program that day) It resolved a few issues but not this particular issue. The computer has been "running"(humming) on high since and I can't find what the problem is. As far as the music, i don't want to get one of those cleaning systems,looked into the 'Automagically" fix program and it costs 50.00 for 25 songs or a lifetime of the computer.(you still have to pay per song) I've tried the updater that's in the windows media player that's meant to find missing info but rarely get good results, The last time my computer crashed it was humming like this so any help resolving either issue would be greatly appreciated, Thanks- M
