Can i remove a deep scratch from a computer screen?

I have a virus on my computer and if i try to remove it i get the blue screen then it auto restarts?

  • I have a virus on my computer ( with my other 274 viruses ) yes i know one virus made them all. and when i try to remove the virus it gives the the blue screen error and then it restarts and it goes back and reinstalls the other viruses.. please help i am using malwarebytes i have tryed using other anti viruses but they cant remove the folders because they are all password protected.. please help me! I am not reinstalling my whole computer and i can not find the files here are a few of the names Adware.DoubleD trojan.agent <-- Many of them rogue.adware <-- Many of them malware.trace rogue.RSTantivirus <-- Many of them backdoor.WIN32 Key logger Please help thx gizmo!

you need to do a system restore. go to your control panel then system and security and backup and restore then simply set your computer back before you attained the virus. That should do it. Then get AVG and you should be fine.

Breathe buddy, first step, just take a breath. Boot into safe mode. Hopefully this will disable the virus. Next, download and install Microsoft Security Essentials or Comodo Free. Run a scan with this. then, restart into normal mode. I recommend you keep Comodo as a good firewall, it has real time threat scanning. Comodo + MSE = great defense
