What do I do if my email account was compromised?

Email, facebook, and bank account have been compromised by the same person. How can I charge them?

• I have a friend who is the victim of fraud. A previous boyfriend has gained access to her email, university email, Facebook, and bank account. From these accounts he has been sending malicious emails to people on the email and friends list. What can be done about this?   Well, first, she should change all of her passwords to something he won't be able to figure out. I would definitely contact the police. Especially regarding the bank account. The facebook and email accounts can fall under the harassment by communication, but I'm not sure. I would certainly have her contact the police immediately though.
