Is my computer information (on msn) private?

Need help with computer times and information URGENT?

  • this is for my brother. My brother has a laptop and has bedtime at 10.. He stays on till around 1pm or so.. and the next day our dad checks his computer to see when he got off to see if he was disobeying his bedtime.. He can apprently check and knows when he gets off msn, when he shut the computer down and knows when he uses webcam.. He somehow knows all this information and gets really upset about it.. How is he doing this.. how can he see all this information on when he's on and gets off msn and etc. Please tell me how to get rid of it, so i can help my brother out and dont have to hear them fight all the time about it.. thank-you

    he looks at the browsing history but if you delete it he will get susspicious so either way he will get in trouble so he should just obey his fathers rules its in tools btw

Rather than cheat, he'd probably be better off just going to bed. when he's older he can do what the f*** he wants.

Tell your father he can control access through the router. Many routers allow complete control over which PC can access the 'net and when. I'd also let them both know how upset you are.
