Everytime I open the internet I get a debug file on my desktop. How can I stop this?

It is just a blank notepad file, but I don't want it there. Thanks

Answer:
Go to Start > Run > type "MSCONFIG" and press ENTER > Click on STARTUP > here you will find some option for debug or notepad UNCHECK IT > Press OK > a pop windows will appear on your screen asking for restarting your pc, Click on RESTART NOW. This should solve your problem.
