Is there a way i can find my computers password?

  • i changed the password cuz someones snoopin on my comp ,,, so after i changed it i go on and did my stuff like goin to youtube and stuff,,after that i was thinking about my password i forgot it,,,,i didnt turn off my pc yet,,, and i cant cuz if i turn it off i wont be able to turn it on,,,I FORGOT THE PASSWORD so do u know any generator or somthing to get me to find the pass p.s my computer is still on.... pleae help me..i will really apreciate it

If you can get a friend to help you, use this tool: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/toolsofthetrade/gr/offlinentpwed.htm It is more of a reset tool than one that tries to figure your password out. I've used this many times to reset Windows 2000 and XP machines. The ISO file creates a bootable CD ( a customized version of Linux). In most instances, you just press enter when the screen stops scrolling ( which means you are accepting the default value ) and you end up with a blank password, meaning your computer should go right into Windows. I looks scary, but it is fairly painless. Don't waste your time trying to crack it. If it's a Mac or Linux, I don't have a solution.

user accounts > remove password

Since all passwords are encrypted by a one-way process, they can not be read. Just change it again, and write it down somewhere. Additionally I assume the they who will ask are the real owners of the machine.

I sort of figured the PC was still on.
