How do I change the admin password on windows 7?

• Hi, It is like this, I am useing windows 7, and i have two accounts, one normal admin account and 1 guest account, i usually use the admin account, and rarely the guest account, and now i ahd a fight with my sister and she changed the admin password, and now i am in the guest account where i cannot even install anything without the admin password, so cannot install any password recovery files, so is there any way i can get the password without installing nay software? thankyou.

  no, I'm sorry but there isn't. the only way that I know of to remove the password is from within the Admin account. I would suggest that if you think this might happen again is that you set up a second Admin account, if you can get your sister to let you on. You can have two Admin accounts, both with full authority and have a password for the second account that she doesn't know.
