Is there a way to tell if there is a key logger program on my computer?

You can go into your Task Manager and see if there are any programs or services that are running that you aren't familiar with. You could also run a scan with your anti-virus program. I'm not sure if your anti-virus program is able to find key loggers, but it's worth a shot. If you don't have an anti-virus program, I'd highly recommend that you get one. I know a couple good ones. Avast! is a good anti-virus program, and MalwareBytes Anti-Malware is a very good anti-malware program. Download and run a full system scan with MalwareBytes. Then, once that's done, download and run a scan with avast! Make sure that you quarantine anything that either of them find. You'll be amazed what they find. They'll find things in your computer that I guarantee you had no idea were even in there. Hope this helps!

Steps to solve this: 1) Restart PC put in Safe mode with Networking. 2)download this and make a full scan: http://www.2-spyware.com/download-malwarebytes-anti-malware.html 3) Run a disk clean up and a drefagger and all done pc like new =)

The person that hacked your computer now knows that you know. You better take out the hard drive right now and smash it with a bat! In all seriousness it's probably some setting on your browser. You didn't tell us what browsers and what operating system you have so we can't really help you.
