Anyway to report a hacker?

ok so i play an online private server and recently our forums have been hacked to where who ever visits it will be redirected to another site. is there any way to report the site or person who hacked the forums as we know who it was? the guy hacked around 45 different server forums or domains.

The only person YOU can tell is your server admin. He or she needs to fix the problem and ban that user's IP. If it continues to be a problem, then the server admin can take action, but unless you own the server you can't really do much.
