Clicked on a spam link in Yahoo Mail?

• It was a message from a friend that had nothing but a link. At first I was going to ignore it but decided to click on the link. It took me to a scam site trying to get me to buy male enhancement materials. I quickly exited and disconnected from the internet. I ran two different anti-virus software programs. Ianti-virus and sophos antivirus. Using these programs because I use a Mac. Nothing was found. However, now when I log into yahoo messenger and open my email I get logged out of messenger "You have logged in on another device". Is my comp safe to use? A little paranoid because I bank and shop online.

  Same thing happened to me a few days ago. got an email from someone i know, clicked on link to the same kind of site, scanned my computer w/ 3 different programs and no Viruses, spyware, or malware detected.
