How do I remove personal AV from my computer?

I need to remove this AV Check scanning pop up thing from my computer!?

It started just today first it keeps popping up and trying to scan my computer telling me ' something wrong with it' Totally crap. I ignored it for a minute but the pop ups are really annoying. I need a detailed step of step way of getting this off my computer. The only virus or spyware fighting programs I have of already are AVG and Spy Blaster. What do I do? This is really getting on my nerves!! I need it gone by tonight!

Your Avg and other free antivirus are not going to remove this malicious software. If you can you can purchase a Copy of Norton 2010 or We can offer you a free clean at our webpage thru Remote Support all we ask is to tell a customer about us. ;)
