I have a virus that sends emails to my contacts?

There is a mass mailer Virus in my yahoo which sends automatic email to all my contacts with some chinese font?

  • My Yahoo is being infected by Mass mailer Virus. Automatic emails are being sent to all my contacts with some chinese font or just collection of some symbols like ¦w¦w,µ¹§A¬Ãý¬Ãý§Ãa³ÃRªñ¾Ã!…‡ There is also some zip file or cab file or exe file being sent as a attachment with this mail. This had happened for several times. I had tried all sorts of antivirus and spyware but it just gives temporary remedy and this problem come back again and again. I was wondering if my yahoo mail itself has some virus or its my machine which has virus. I am currently using Spybot Search and destroy and AVG Antivirus. What should I do to completely get rid of that? Thank You

    You can try this, its how I get rid of them *Download, install programs and the get the updates. DO NOT RUN A SCAN YET: Malwarebytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/ Ccleaner (will clean up crap after going online) http://www.ccleaner.com/download DONT install the yahoo toolbar. *Then after you have done the install and updates, DISCONNECT from the internet. Pull the plug. *Next, boot up in safe mode (Tap the F8 key every few seconds as the system boots up until the screen with Safe Mode option appears). CHoose the first Safe Mode, not with network. *Now run the above spyware program. Choose Full scans as oppossed to quick scans for the first time. Then run CCleaner, I dont analyze, I just choose the Run option. Also run CCLEANER AFTER YOU ARE ONLINE all the time (in regular mode). Have every user do this.
