How do I manually delete the cookies in Internet Explorer 8?

When I manually delete the cookies in IE8, for some reason, Im still signed into websites, which indicates to me that my cookies arent being fully deleted...Is there a way to delete ALL my cookies and cache in IE8....even to where I have to sign back into websites? Please help!

First you must log in to a web site,then log out.If you don't do that,for some web sites,you'll stay logged in. Anyway,deleting cookies is found in Tools,then in Delete Browsing History.

In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, click to clear all of the check boxes except for the Cookies check box. 5. Click Delete.

Step 1 Open Internet Explorer. Step 2 Click the "Safety" option at the top of the browser. Several options will be listed. Step 3 Select "Delete Browsing History." A window will open with seven different options. Step 4 Click on the "Cookies" box. A check will be added to the Cookies box. If you want, you can also do the same for the other boxes listed. Step 5 Click "Delete" at the bottom of the window. The cookies will be removed for free.
go to internet options, then click "Delete" under browsing history, make sure everything except "Preserve favorites website data" is checked. That should clear out everything
