What is a security test on the Blackberry?

Okay so I was downloading the Grooveshark app for my Blackberry and it said that I needed an "Anywhere Account". Then when I clicked on the link it said "500 Internal Server Error". Then I went on the app again and it said "50 free song play. This expires Wed Dec 31/ America_New York 1969". And then I deleted the app, rebooted my Blackberry and after it rebooted it said "Security Tests Passed". Now my question is what does all of this even mean cause I'm really confused. And thank you in advance.
